Moon of creativity and passion
Warm and fun loving
Suitable energy for creative work, especially of the visual type, display, fun, joy, drama, theater, inspiration, organization, leisure, pleasure, vacation, spending fun times with the children, being a child again, love making, romance, passion. Purchase of jewelry, gold, precious objects, luxury items, cats. Action motivated by spontaneous need for self expression. Dramatic display of generous feelings, warm hearted, loyal, passionate, but somewhat egotistic. Beware of domineering and controlling attitudes, ego inflation, extremes of passion, exaggeration, arrogance, pride.
Leo is a Fire Sign and, like all the other Fire Signs, is traditionally considered too hot and dry, even barren for growing anything. Its energy is very suitable instead for cultivating, general maintenance, pruning and harvesting. Energy also suitable for pest control and weeding, especially after the Last Quarter Phase.
Great Moon time for designing the garden, introducing ornamental objects and features, and, of course, Garden Parties.
Healing Herbs: Borage, Ginger, Hawthorn, Motherwort, Eyebright, Terragon.
Flowers: Sunflower, Marigold, Celandine, Passion Flower, Asters, Larkspurs, Dahlias, Heliotropes, Citrus Flowers.

Hello,
I would love to know what dates in December are good for cutting your hair to promote new growth. I’m trying to grow my hair out after a short cut.
Thanks, Lisa

Hi Lisa, few weeks ago I answered a similar question. I paste here some of that answer for you.
The best results for rapid hair growth are obtained by cutting or trimming your hair in the waxing of the Moon. In December the waxing cycle will begin with the New Moon in Sagittarius on the 6th. This period will end with the Full Moon in Gemini on December 21.
The positive results however are not immediate. You need to cut your hair regularly, as close to the New Moon Phase as you can, but possibly not on the same day as the New Moon.
The Sign of the Moon is also very important. Remember that all the Water Signs, Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, are fertile; and also productive are Taurus and Capricorn, two Earth Signs, but not Virgo. Libra can be productive, but not the other two Air Signs, Gemini and Aquarius. All the Fire Signs, Aries, Leo, Sagittarius, are not fertile, so they are not suitable to cut your hair in order to grow it thicker and faster.
In December the good days for hair cutting will be:
7th, 10.15 am, to 9th, 6.30 pm
12th, 5.40 am, to 14th, 6.14 pm.
17th, 5.48 am, to 19th, 2.37 pm.
Cheers, Paola

Hi Leanne, few weeks ago I answered a similar question. I paste here some of that answer for you.
The best results for rapid hair growth are obtained by cutting or trimming your hair in the waxing of the Moon. In February the waxing cycle finished with the Full Moon last week. The next Waxing cycle will begin with the New Moon in Pisces on March 5. This period will end with the Full Moon in Virgo on March 20.
In March 2011 the good days for hair cutting will be: March 6 (Moon in Pisces, only until 4 pm, Eastern Australia Summer Time), March 9 and 10 (Moon in Taurus), and March 14 and 15 (Moon in Cancer, possibly the best dates for the job).
Cheers, Paola Emma

I’m a Sagittarius Sun – Leo Moon female but I’ve always felt more like a Leo than a Sagittarius. I love my Moon sign, it’s simply a perfect placement! Meow 🙂 Cheers and peace out

Hi, Paola. I share your birthday (though I was born a few hours earlier, just barely a Cancer). The past couple of years have been extremely tumultous for my husband and me in regards to our home and real estate. Have I been going through any type of heavy-duty transit? If so, what is it and when O when will it end? Your advice is greatly appreciated! (BTW, my husband is a Leo.)

Hi Holly, thank you for contacting me through my site. I will be perhaps able to shed some light on your situation if you could provide me with exact birth data for yourself and your husband. My answer will be necessarily brief but hopefully of some help to you. If you are interested in a proper comprehensive reading I am available in person (in the village of Uki, NSW) or by phone. Let me know, regards, Paola Emma
